I spent 5 years at Reserve Systems, growing from intern to Development Supervisor, a path that only happens when you understand systems deeply enough to lead them, not just code them.

I believe frameworks change, AI changes, but whoever masters the fundamentals can adapt to anything. That's the real skill, not memorizing syntax, but understanding how things actually work underneath.

I don't see AI as a threat to developers. I see it as a multiplier, and it only multiplies what's already there. Strong fundamentals plus AI is a different level of output than AI alone.

Outside of code, I care about people-first teams. The best results come from environments where people grow together, not just ship together.
